Bob Walters
Overall responsible for Operations, procurement, design and logistics - Mr. Walters has over 30 years experience in the transportation, mobilization and construction of land-based drilling rigs in the U.S. and overseas.
Prior to 1993 Mr. Walters spent just under 20 years owning and/or operating rig transportation companies primarily in west Texas.
During this period he acquired the expertise and 'know how' to build rigs that can be efficiently and quickly mobilized and shipped both nationally and internationally.
From 1993, Mr. Walters moved into the construction of rigs working for a number of organizations. During this time, he was responsible for design, development, product sourcing, make ready, build and rig up/testing.
Jeff Mitchell
Overall responsible for Sales, marketing and business development – Mr. Mitchell has over 15 years experience in general and business management in the transportation and distribution industries and related sectors.
Mr. Mitchell held several senior sales marketing and general management positions with United Parcel Service, Colorado Beverage, and Gelco Truck Leasing.
In addition Mr. Mitchell has founded and operated an independent business consulting company with Mr. Rath since 1998. |

Paul Rath
Overall responsible for Finance, Treasury and administration - Mr. Rath worked for 15-years in the United Kingdom in finance, operations and general management covering the transportation, distribution, and manufacturing industries.
In 1993, Mr. Rath relocated to the USA and held the position of Chief Financial Officer for an expanding fuel distribution company in Colorado prior to forming The Joseph Hale Company with Mr. Mitchell.
Mr. Rath has significant experience in the financial aspects of business management and administration. |
